Delivery area
We deliver from our own store using our own delivery team to serviceable pincodes in and around Mangalore. You can check whether we deliver to your pincode using the "Check delivery area" option at the top of our website, or during checkout. If your pincode is not currently serviceable, call or WhatsApp us — for bulk and project orders we can often arrange transport separately.
Delivery timeframe
- Orders placed during store hours (9:00 AM – 8:00 PM) are typically delivered [same day / within X hours] for serviceable pincodes, subject to stock and vehicle availability.
- Orders placed after hours, on Sundays or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- Heavy or bulk items (cement, steel, sheets, bulk wire coils) may be scheduled for a specific delivery slot; our team will confirm the slot with you by phone or WhatsApp.
Delivery charges
- Orders above [₹____]: FREE delivery within serviceable pincodes.
- Orders below [₹____]: delivery charge of [₹____], shown at checkout before you pay.
- Special handling for very heavy or long-length materials (e.g. full-length TMT, large sheet goods) may attract an additional charge, which we will confirm with you before dispatch.
Tracking your order
When your order goes out for delivery, you receive a live tracking link that shows your delivery on a map in real time, along with a delivery OTP. Our delivery agent will complete the handover only against this OTP — please share it only at the time of receiving your goods.
Receiving your order
- Please count and inspect items at the time of delivery, before sharing the OTP.
- A GST invoice accompanies every order.
- If the address provided is incorrect or nobody is available at the location, our team will contact you; a re-delivery charge may apply for repeat attempts.
