Payment Policy

Payment methods we accept

Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay in cash when your order arrives. Please keep the payable amount ready; our delivery agent completes the handover against the delivery OTP shown on your tracking page.
Online payment — pay securely at checkout through our payment gateway partner using UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and others), debit and credit cards, or net banking.

Pricing and invoicing

All prices on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
A GST invoice is issued with every order. If you need the invoice in your firm's name with GSTIN, provide the details at checkout or on WhatsApp before dispatch.
Any delivery charge applicable to your order is shown clearly at checkout before you pay — there are no hidden charges.

Payment security

Online payments are processed end-to-end by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway partner. We never see or store your card numbers, CVV, net-banking or UPI credentials.
The website runs entirely over HTTPS.
We will never call you asking for your OTP, PIN, CVV or password. The only OTP our team ever asks for is the delivery OTP shown on your own tracking page, at the moment of handover.

Failed or pending payments

If money is deducted but the order does not confirm, the amount is normally reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 working days. If it isn't, contact us with the transaction reference and we will follow it up with the gateway.
An order is confirmed only when you receive our order confirmation; a deducted payment without confirmation does not by itself constitute an accepted order.

Refunds

Refunds for cancelled or returned orders follow our Return & Refund Policy: prepaid amounts return to the original payment method, and COD refunds are made by bank transfer/UPI, in each case within 5–7 working days of approval.

Bulk & project orders

For large project-quantity orders we may agree specific payment terms with you in writing (for example, an advance with balance on delivery). Terms agreed in writing for such orders prevail over the standard checkout terms for that order.
