- Delivery information: the delivery OTP and, while your order is out for delivery, the location of our delivery vehicle (so you can track it live). We do not track your device's location.
- Usage data: standard technical information (IP address, browser, pages viewed) and cookies needed for the cart, login session and site analytics.
How we use it
- To process and deliver your orders, issue GST invoices, and provide delivery updates by SMS/WhatsApp/phone/email.
- To operate your account, respond to enquiries, and handle returns and complaints.
- To keep the Site secure and prevent fraud.
- With your consent, to tell you about offers and new products — you can opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.

Order and invoice records are retained as required by Indian tax and accounting law (currently 8 years). Account data is kept while your account is active. Delivery-tracking location data is retained only for operational records of the delivery.
